🔹Started Mountain Biking: June 2021, till then, only rode BMX bikes as a kid and gravel and pavement as an adult 

🔹Current Bike(s): 2021 Specialized Fuse, 1995 Trek 930, 1996 Gary Fisher Wahoo 

🔹Riding Style: Pathetic! 

🔹Favorite Local Trail Systems:  That's a tough call... South Park for the first memories and people that I've met, Alameda for the variety. 🔹Coolest places ridden: So far,  Quemahoning for the drastic changes in scenery and variety 

🔹Favorite Musical: Miss Saigon 

🔹Favorite Artist: Changes from time to time, though the current top one(s) in the running would be Volbeat, Breaing Benjamin, and Skillet 🔹Favorite Album: Rust In Peace, for being the first album I enjoyed as a kid cover to cover. 

🔹When not riding, I like to: attempt to sing a couple of tunes while simultaneously proving I still can't play a guitar very well.

• Started Mountain Biking: I got my first legit bike in 2017 but I've loved messing around on and riding my bike my whole life. 
• Current Bikes: 2018 Kona Honzo, 2016 Specialized Fatboy, 1995 Mongoose IBOC (converted to drop bar gravel bike) ◾️
• Riding Style:  sketchy, techy, challenging, fast XC is my jam. 
• Favorite Local Trail Systems:  Riverview, Hollow Oak, Moraine. 
• Coolest places I’ve ridden: Las Cruces, NM or Canaan Valley, WV. 
• Favorite Musical Artists🎸:  Tyler Childers, Vampire Weekend, System of a Down, Greta Van Fleet ◾️Favorite Food: Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich, Cheeseburgers, Beer (it counts right?)  
• ”When not riding bikes”....:  you can find me Camping, Hiking, Cooking, watching Youtube and brewing beer. (I work at Abjuration Brewing in the evenings as brewer check out our beer!)

• Started Mountain Biking: 1996 after I convinced my first wife if she got an engagement ring, then I should get a mountain bike.  Not sure how I pulled that one off.  ◾️
• Current Bikes: 2015 Ghost Kato FS7 & 2019 Vitus Sentier  ◾️
• Riding Style: Trail but love the downhills and just rode park for the first time and love it.  ◾️
• Favorite Local Trail Systems:  Big Bear, Deep Creek Lake State Park and Cooper's Rock ◾️
• Coolest places ridden: Moab, UT, Fruita, CO and McKenzie River Trail, OR ◾️
• Favorite Artist/Album 🎸:  Foo Fighters All the Way.   Album, Rush 2112.  ◾️
• ”When not riding bikes I like to”: I play competitive tennis, hike with my wife Sarah and dog Zena, building new things for my 100 year old house.

• •Joined HSD:  August 2019 
• Started Mountain Biking: 1991. Front suspension had just become a thing and every bike touted NORBA geometry. I cut my first tooth in singletrack at Hunter's Creek in Western New York.   
• Current Bikes: Pivot Switchblade, Trek SuperFly SS, Specialized Stumpjumper Expert 29.  
• Riding Style: XC/trail.  
• Favorite Local Trails: When dry and before post-spring growth sets in - Boyce Park. It has a little bit of everything.  
• Coolest Place Ever Ridden: Monarch Crest Trail, CO. The altitude, mileage, and views cannot be beat.  
• Favorite Band/Album: Mighty Mighty Bosstones - Live from the Middle East. I can't understand half the words, but the beat and energy is hard to resist. 🎸

• Joined HSD:  August 25, 2016 
• Started Mountain Biking:  Like most kids in the 1980s, I grew up riding BMX bikes with friends around my neighborhood, but I didn’t get my first “real” mountain bike in the Fall of 2015. It was a $300 entry-level 29er, but it was enough to get me hooked.  
• Current Bike(s): Ibis DV9, Santa Cruz Chameleon, Trek Farley, Trek Domane SL6  
• Riding Style: XC / MAMIL 
• Favorite Local Trail Systems:  South Park, North Park 
• Coolest places ridden: Jake’s Rocks, Raystown Lake, and Deep Creek 
• Favorite Musical Artist/Album: I tend to gravitate towards good lyricists and lately I’ve been heavily into anything by a band called Parquet Courts. It's just great storytelling with old school punk rock vibes.  
• ”When not riding bikes I like to”: Family time spent hiking, camping, skiing, anything outdoors. I also like photography, drawing, and designing - I just enjoy creating. • Joined HSD: September 2018 
• Started Mountain Biking: I think I was 10 or 12 years old... can’t remember exactly. My Dad would bring me out for little rides on my cheaper Walmart bikes. 
• Current Bikes: Jet Niner and a causal bike that I never ride. 
• Riding Style: Trail ride, but I love downhills and learning new technical skills. 
• Favorite Local Trail Systems: Alameda Park, North Park, & Frick Park are my top 3 so far. There are still a lot of parks I want to explore! 
• Coolest places ridden: Marquette, MI up in the “UP” and Yellow creek stick out in my mind.  A cool place to ride for me is any place I can feel lost in the woods, those to me are good rides. 
• Favorite Artist/Album🎸:  Zac Brown Band, JEKYLL + HYDE 
• ”When not riding bikes I like to”: Read books, go for a run, paint things like rocks or furniture, and baking.

• Started Mountain Biking: Got my first bike on May 12, 2020 and have been riding with HSD since August 8th, 2020. Not sure why it took me so long, it is all I ever want to do! 
• Current Bike(s): Trek Fuel EX 8 and Giant Talon 29 2 
• Riding Style: Killer Bee who likes log features A LOT! 
• Favorite Local Trail Systems:  South Park 
• Coolest places ridden: Laurel Mountain 
• Favorite Musical Artists:  Peter Cetera and Eminem  
• ”When not riding bikes I like to”: Spend time with my granddaughter, practice ATA Taekwondo where I became a First Degree Black Belt in May 2020, and am currently working on a Ph.D. in Community Engagement. • Riding Style: Anything that won't put me in the hospital or make me miss work 
• Favorite Local Trail Systems:  All of them, we are extremely lucky to have so many great trails at our doorstep!  
• Coolest places ridden - Moab Slick Rock, trail, 401 in Crested Butte and Getting to ride the 1994 World Championship Courses in Vail. Sedona soon to be on the list w/HSD 
• Favorite Artist/Album:  Nirvana / Nevermind
